CREST’s Court Reporting CRM System is primarily designed for court reporting agencies and provides several features that benefit attorneys and their staff by facilitating efficient and secure interaction with CREST by providing attorneys access to efficiently managing cases by providing management of; Centralized Documents, Transcript Production and Sharing, Streamlined Billing and Invoicing, all of which providing for enhanced reporting experiences.

CREST has taken their experience and integrated a wide range of processes and integrated technologies, such as the Platinum Program, that streamline everything from the booking of court reporters, reconfirming with the booking client the services required, confirming with each court the status of internal variables, the knowledge of how each court operates and in most cases what each judge requires, regular tracking and follow up with the booking client and reconfirming any special requests, such as equipment, or other requests are taken care of. If rescheduling is required, CREST has various backup methods to fulfill the new dates. In addition, these methods will usually satisfy last-minute emergency requests. These processes provide for more certainty of available court reporters and more efficient court reporting that translates to increased accuracy, reduced turnaround times and increased customer satisfaction.

CREST has developed key protocols to support the courts and law firms in matters prior to, during and post reporting. Some of these processes include proactive preparation of scheduling with law firms for court reporters, backup support for the courts and law firms to avoid rescheduling of court matters due to the shortage of qualified certified court reporters, proactive confirmations with the courts and law firms to confirm all aspects of the requirements for hearings and trials, witness lists and expert list schedules, and the complete list of services required by law firms in terms of Realtime, daily rough drafts, certified copies, daily expedited transcripts, Zoom, videography and more.
