Schedule With CREST™

For effective scheduling, simply fill out the form below or email us directly:

1.  Notice or Pleading

Submitting the notice or pleading ensures accurate information in our system and assists the reporter in finalizing the transcript.

2.  Timing

To assign the appropriate reporter, provide accurate time estimates, particularly if the schedule extends beyond standard business hours (9 AM to 5 PM).

3.  Special Requests

To ensure we meet and exceed your expectations, please inform us of any special requests, such as rough drafts, expedited services, or upcoming trials.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Deposition: Cancellations after 3:30 pm PST the business day prior to the date booked are subject to a cancellation fee of up to $450.
  • Court Hearings/Trials: Cancellations after 3:30 pm PST the business day prior to the date booked will be billed at the per diem scheduled.
  • Videographer: Videography services cancelled after 3:30 pm PST the business day prior to the date booked will be billed up to the 3-hour minimum.
  • As per California Rules of Court, rule 2.956(c) and Section 2025.510, the entity arranging the booking of the CREST service(s) is responsible for paying the reporter's fees, although the parties may arrange to share the fees. This arrangement, when applicable, is required to be provided by all parties in writing. The party and/or firm is entirely responsible for the complete payment of fees incurred (except services ordered by other parties' counsel).
